Dr. Jones, an alumna of OHSU, and completed her AEGD residency in Hilo, HI. Her extensive experience with braces and orthognathic surgery inspired her interest in dentistry. Choosing her current location on a whim, Dr. Jones enjoys diverse hobbies including baking, sewing, traveling, and driving her '65 Mustang. She occasionally steps in as a substitute teacher. Her pets add character to her life: Ace, who suffers from extreme car sickness, and Bear, known for his destructive cuteness and excitement-induced accidents. Chloey's motto, "Life is uncertain, eat dessert first," captures her vibrant, carefree attitude.

Dr. Bailey, who graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Biology, completed a residency in Augusta, Georgia. Intrigued by the practical application of scientific knowledge, he moved to the Rogue Valley, finding it an ideal place to raise his family and help people with their dental needs. Dr. Bailey enjoys exploring the world and is a family man with a wife, five children, and a cat. He takes pride in being part of a team that positively impacts patients' lives.

Dr. Phipps earned his DMD from Roseman University College of Dental Medicine. His interest in dentistry stems from a desire to help people, combining his love for science and hands-on work. Outside the office, Dr. Phipps enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, golfing, skiing, and embracing outdoor activities. He and his wife have a dog and cherish working with a collaborative team to improve lives.

Dr. Mitchell received his dental degree (DMD) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His interest in dentistry was sparked by personal experiences with cavities during childhood, which led him to pursue a career where he could help others achieve better dental health. Dr. Mitchell is deeply connected to Southern Oregon, where he began his dental career. Outside of the office, Dr. Mitchell enjoys playing volleyball, tennis, and engaging in various sports activities. He is also a dedicated husband & father. His family brings joy and energy to his life.

His passion for dentistry comes from the ability to positively impact others' lives through hands-on work and is dedicated to helping others achieve their oral health goals through collaboration and care. Recently, he relocated to Southern Oregon with his fiancé to start anew and be closer to her family. Outside of the office, Dr. Martin shares his home with three dogs, and enjoys fishing, working on his vintage Mustang, watching sports, camping, hiking and traveling.

Dr. John DeMille is a dedicated dentist who earned his degree from THE Ohio State University after completing an undergraduate program in Chemistry, Biology and Exercise Science. He further honed his skills during his residency at the University of Utah Hospital. Inspired by personal experiences with his father's illness, he values the artistry and physiology of dentistry, striving to improve lives with compassion and precision. As a new addition to Southern Oregon, he enjoys hiking, fishing and creating with his wife and three children through carpentry, ceramics and 3D printing.

Dr. Brandon Kazzazi earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University School of dentistry after studying Biology at UC Riverside. His volunteer work at the Riverside Free Clinic inspired his passion for dentistry. He finds great fulfillment in helping patients understand their dental health. He emphasizes clear communication and education to empower patients in their oral care. Dr. Kazzazi enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Southern Oregon and often hikes local trails with his dog. An avid sports fan, Dr. Kazzazi loves basketball and volleyball and is a proud supporter of the L.A. Lakers.
