Meet the Dentist

Dr. Ryan R. Bailey is dedicated to improving the dental and overall health of people in the Rogue Valley. His approach is shaped by a desire to address challenges within the current system of delivering dental care and to help patients receive thoughtful, effective support for their oral health.

Dr. Bailey earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2009. Following dental school, he completed a one-year general practice residency where he received advanced dental training, including experience in a hospital setting. He continues his education every year to stay current in the field.

Dr. Bailey has been practicing in the area for six years. Outside of dentistry, he is married and has five children between the ages of 11 and 19.

Dr. Jayden Burton is passionate about helping patients improve their smiles and oral health. He enjoys the hands-on nature of dentistry and finds motivation in achieving successful, happy outcomes for his patients. His goal is to help people stay out of pain, reach their desired smile, and support a longer, happier life through improved oral health.

Dr. Burton earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University, graduating cum laude in 2024. He completed his undergraduate studies at Idaho State University, where he majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry, graduating magna cum laude.

Dr. Burton continues his education on a weekly to monthly basis, with a recent focus on implant restoration. He has been practicing in the area since July 2024.

Outside the office, Dr. Burton enjoys anything outdoors. He is married to his amazing wife, Taylor, and they have a puppy named Echo.

Dr. John DeMille is dedicated to reducing suffering and improving quality of life through dentistry. He values the opportunity to apply his hand skills and his interests in anatomy and physiology in ways that can make a meaningful difference in individual lives.

Dr. DeMille earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2021. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Chemistry, Biology, and Exercise Science. Following dental school, he completed a general practice residency at the University of Utah College of Dentistry.

Dr. DeMille continues his education weekly through online continuing education courses and is a member of the American Association of Endodontists. He has been practicing in the area for one year and seven months.

Outside the office, Dr. DeMille enjoys activities that allow him to create and experience the world, including woodworking, 3D printing, and riding his dirt bike.

Dr. Chloey Jones earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon, graduating in 2020. She completed her undergraduate studies in biochemistry at Arizona State University, where she built a strong foundation in the sciences that supports her work in clinical dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Jones pursued an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) in Hilo, Hawaii, gaining additional experience in comprehensive care.

Dr. Jones maintains all required continuing education and stays current with evolving standards and best practices. She has practiced in the area since 2021 and is committed to delivering respectful, attentive and detail-oriented care for patients of all ages.

Outside the office, Dr. Jones enjoys spending time on personal interests and staying active in her community.

Dr. Brandon Kazzazi is committed to providing patients with the utmost care and fairness in every aspect of their dental experience. He values a thoughtful, patient-centered approach and strives to help each person feel respected, supported, and well cared for.

Dr. Kazzazi earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2024. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside. He completes continuing education courses every few months to stay current in the dental field and is a member of the American Dental Association®.

Dr. Kazzazi has been practicing in the area for a year and a half. Outside the office, he enjoys playing basketball, participating in triathlons, and hiking through the woods with his dog.

Dr. Kaleb Martin completed his undergraduate studies at Colorado Statue University, majoring in biology, before attending the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, from which he graduated in 2024. Dr. Martin is dedicated to staying at the forefront of the dental field, and regularly completes continuing education courses. He is also a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.

Dr. Martin joined the Open Door Dental team in July 2024. As a dentist, his goal is to utilize evidence-based science to help others live pain-free, meaningful and happy lives.

When not in the office. Dr. Martin loves to watch sports, work on his classic Mustang and spend time outdoors camping, fishing or paddleboarding.

Dr. Marcus Phipps is committed to helping improve patients’ quality of life and oral health while giving them a smile they can feel confident about. He brings a thoughtful, patient-focused approach to care and values the role dentistry can play in helping people feel healthier and more confident.

Dr. Phipps earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Roseman University College of Dental Medicine in 2023. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University. He continues his education every year and has been practicing in the area for two and a half years.

Dr. Phipps received an Open Door Family Dentistry certificate of recognition for positivity in May 2024. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors. He is also a big basketball and football fan. Dr. Phipps and his wife have two sons and a dog.
