Meet the Team at Open Door Dental

Ayse, a graduate of Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, was motivated by her father’s dental experiences. Settling in the area in 2005, she enjoys flight lessons and building her retirement home in Hawaii. Ayse has a daughter in Colorado, two stepchildren, six step-grandchildren, and three cats. She is dedicated to helping people maintain their dental health so they can enjoy life’s pleasures.

Becki has been serving Southern Oregon for more than 20 years. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the Oregon Institute of Technology in 2002. With a background in nursing and a passion for patient care, Becki values education and believes in empowering patients to take charge of their oral health. She especially enjoys assisted hygiene, where teamwork enhances access to care for more patients. Known for her gentle demeanor, Becki takes pride in making every patient feel valued and supported.

Outside the office, she enjoys home projects, gardening and spending time with her family near her four grown children and the Southern Oregon community she loves.

Kindra is a 2019 graduate of Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. After discovering Southern Oregon, she and her husband moved to Medford in 2021. They enjoy hiking, playing with their German Shepherd and exploring the Pacific Northwest. As an old soul, Kindra loves baking, crafting and crocheting in her free time. While obtaining her Oregon hygiene license, she joined the front office team, valuing both sides of dentistry. Her favorite aspect of dental hygiene is teaching patients effective brushing and flossing techniques to maintain healthy teeth and gums.

Lisa, a 1990 graduate of the Oregon Institute of Technology, has always been driven by a desire to help others. Married to a local, she enjoys sports, classic cars, camping, and fishing. Lisa has a family, including two granddaughters and a dog named Holly. She is passionate about enhancing the health and happiness of her patients.

Lydia earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the Oregon Institute of Technology. She has always had a strong passion for dentistry and is dedicated to helping patients feel confident and informed about their oral health. Lydia strives to provide gentle, thorough care while educating patients on how to maintain healthy smiles. Outside of the office, she enjoys relaxing at home and spending time with her pup.

Marzi has served the Central Point community since 2016 with a strong commitment to preventative dental care. A graduate of the Oregon Institute of Technology, she has also studied at Western and Eastern Oregon University. Inspired by early volunteer work in high school, Marzi values the trust and one-on-one relationships she builds with patients. She takes pride in being part of a dental team focused on compassion and access to care. Marzi is driven by the opportunity to improve her patients’ health and confidence every day.

Marzi loves spending time outdoors with her family, including her mini Australian Shepherd and rescue cat. Her greatest joy is raising her two young children.

Taylor is a native of the Rogue Valley and has been part of the team since 2020. She began her dental career as an orthodontic assistant before earning her Dental Hygiene degree Magna Cum Laude from Great Falls College Montana State University in 2020. Her warm and collaborative nature helps create a positive, welcoming environment for patients. Taylor is passionate about education and strives to remove barriers to care through expanded availability and same-day opportunities.

At home, she is a devoted wife and mother of two boys, surrounded by a lively group of pets. Taylor enjoys reading, baking, traveling and playing games with her family.

Born and raised in Eagle Point, Taylor is proud to serve the community she has always called home. Her passion for dentistry began at a young age, inspired by her childhood hygienist, who was not only kind but also taught her the importance of oral health. Determined to help others in the same way, Taylor went on to earn her dental hygiene degree from the Oregon Institute of Technology.

When she is not caring for patients, Taylor loves being outdoors. If she could lay by a warm, sunny beach all day, she would in a heartbeat! Life at home is full of energy thanks to her four cats, four dogs and a flock of twelve chickens!
